Sulphamix WSP

Composition:

Each 1 gm contains:

  • Sulphadimidine sodium 125 mg (Eq. to 115.8 mg Sulphadimidine)
  • Sulphadiazine sodium 125 mg (Eq. to 114.9 mg Sulphadiazine)
  • Sulphathiazole sodium 125 mg (Eq. to 86.88 mg Sulphathiazole)

Indication:

Sulphamix is a broad spectrum antibacterial agent used for the treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria such as colibacillosis, necrotic enteritis, coryza and coccidiosis in poultry & pneumonia, septicaemia, diarrhea and foot rot in calves, lambs & kids

Dose:

  • Poultry : 1 gm. / 2 liters of drinking water for 3 days.
  • Calves, lambs & kids : 8 – 10 gm. / 50 Kgs. Bwt. For 3 days.

Suspend treatment for 2 days and resume treatment for another 2 days in acute cases.

Warnings:

  • Not to be used in layers producing eggs intended for human consumption.
  • Not to be used in animals producing milk intended for human consumption.
  • Medication should not be given in case of renal insufficiecy.

Withdrawal:

  • Meat: 7 days.

Storage:

Store tightly closed in dry and dark place below 30 C.
