Composition:
Each 1 gm contains:
- Colistin Sulphate 25 mg
Indication:
Treatment and metaphylaxis of gastrointestinal infections due to non-invasive colistin-sensitive E. coli
The presence of the disease in the flock must be established before proceeding to metaphylactic treatment.
Dose:
To be added to drinking water.
- 2 gm Colivet / 15 kg B.wt. or 2 gm per 1.5 liters of drinking water for 3 – 7 days.
Duration of treatment should be limited to the minimum time necessary for the treatment of the disease.
Treatment duration should not exceed 7 days.
Withdrawal:
- Calves : 2 days.
- Poultry : 2 days.
Storage:
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C in dry place
